Somatic Therapy is the practice of understanding a person's emotions through the felt sensations of the body. Coupled with professional therapy, somatic experiencing creates a holistic approach to healing. It provides a clearer understanding of how trapped emotions affect the nervous system, and is based around the core belief that you cannot fix the mind without fixing the body.

Through these somatic explorations we can create new experiences that rewrite personal myths and rewire your nervous system. With access to your own renewed vitality you will naturally regain the choice to show up where you want, go after what you desire, and release what no longer serves you.
