About Me
I'm a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), Yoga Instructor, and Mechanical Engineer. I embrace body practices from yoga and couple them with the healing modality of somatic experiencing. I believe a satiated and joyous life comes from the artistic balance between light and shadow. We must fully accept both to breathe in the beauty of life. I'm motivated to help others explore themselves with compassionate curiosity in hopes to live better, fuller, more authentic lives. I graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. During the stressors of becoming an engineer I discovered the practice of yoga which helped me stabilize my life and body. I later became a certified instructor completing my 300 hours with Yoga Alliance. Through my yoga journey I explored my deep love of connectIon, and supporting others on their path of self acceptance. This has led me to study the nervous system through the practice of somatic experiencing. Opening up my capacity to explore this world more freely, authentically, and honestly. It became my inner purpose, to transfer what I've learned as an engineer and work with the divinely engineered system of the body. I want to help others experience a fuller life with a joyful surrender to what life brings.
